Chapter 5: Recommendations and Conclusion
5.1 Recommendations
1.Company should target
high class and middle class people. Because high and middle class people
maximum use of cement.
2. Company should
maintain quality of cement. Because quality is the first criteria to purchase
cement.
3. Company should
available their cement brand in the local market. When people buying cement
they considered which brand available in the market.
4. Company should build
strong relationship with engineer and masons. Because they are always providing
advice for buying cement.
5. For quality cement
company should maintain gypsum in cement. When people buying cement they also
considered gypsum in the cement.
6. Company should
produce durable cement because it is the important for brand preference of
cement
7. Company should
maintain cement price 350 to 400. Most of the people think that cement price
should be 350 to 400 tk.
8. Company should
produce Fly-Ash Free Cement because people considered when select a cement
brand.
9. Company should give
advertisement on television about cement. Because most of the people heard
information about cement brand by the Television
10. Company should
target 31-40 years people. For the reason this ages people maximum use cement
for construction.
11. Company should
create various price. So that people can choose their reasonable prices cement.
12. Company should
provide adds by billboard, radio, internet and social media.
13. Company should
create attractive packaging. So that customer can attract their cement brand.
14. According to rank
order table shah cement is number one company. So the company should maintain
quality for customer satisfaction.
15. According to rank
order process less than first three company. Other companies should take
promotional strategies for increase their sales. As like discount, one to one
sales etc.
16. Company should
produce cement according to our country’s environment. Because most
of the people think that cement must be should adjusted by environment.
17. Some people think
foreign cement better from own country’s cement. So company should ensure high
quality for those customer.
18. Company should
provide ingredients information on packaging of cement. Because sometimes
people checks ingredients of cement.
19. Company should
segment their customer about customer income, profession. Because according to
profession customer purchase decision can be change.
20. Company should
importance of male customer. As maximum customers are male so they should know
male customer expectation about cement.
21. Company should
create different type of cement for high class, middle class and lower class
people. So that every classes people can use cement for their needed.
22. Company should update
their product information use by technology. So that customer can understand
about cement and realize which cement their needed.
23. Company can provide
promotional activities. As like if customer purchase fixed amount product then
they will get discount.
24. Company should build
strong relationship with the retailers, because they suggest people for buying
cement.
25. Company should build
a brand name, because people considered it when select a brand.
26. Company should
produce different types of cement. So that people can chose cement as their own
needed.
27. Company should
create relationship with Real Estate Company, because they are the big
customers of the cement.
28. Company should
create word of mouth because it’s play an important role to select a brand.
29. Company should
organize different social activities for create good image.
30. Company should
produce high quality cement at the reasonable price. So that people can buy
easily.
