The size brick without mortar is 24.2 cm x 11.4 cm x 7 cm
So, mortar required for 100 cum = 100-40890 x 0.242 x 0.114 x 0.07
= 100- 78.77 cum
= 21.23 cum
For, Frog filling, use of closer and wastage =10%
Wet V = 21.23+(0.10 x 21.23)
= 23.353 cum
So, Dry Volume V = 23.353 x 1.54
= 35.03 cum
So We can say, Dry mortar for Brick Work is 35%
